From my family to yours, raise a glass!
Lylah was created with love and for health. May it find you planting a rose garden, enjoying with loved ones.
However you enjoy it, know it comes from a decade of research, backed by cutting edge innovations in clinical medicine and traditional family values.

It all begins with an idea.
My Dadi (paternal grandmother) took special pride in her Lassi, a yogurt-based South Asian delicacy in a glass.
As culinary school came to a close, I knew my path forward must reflect me, both who I am and who I will be.
I am the little Pakistani girl sipping Mango Lassi in the Alabama heat as Dadi planted roses. I will be the woman who brings her Dadi’s Lassi to the masses.
“Lassi!” My family exclaimed in unison at my idea. Chatter filled the room, ideas thrown around like hot potatoes. My brother, a heart doctor and ever the scientist, took me aside. "I have an idea…”
His research interest, inflammation’s role in atherosclerosis, or build up of cholesterol in the heart’s arteries, led him to the gut microbiome.
My dad, or Abu, also a heart doctor, winked his approval at us.
Thus, Lylah was born: traditional Lassi infused with non-traditional, forward-thinking, and evidence-based medicine, the first commercially available beverage to target the gut microbiome (patent pending).
